Version LS-501RB is single reverse balanced multiple springs externally mounted design seal widely used for corrosive applications as the metallic parts of this seal do not come in contact with media to be sealed. It can also be used in pumps where the limitations in the stuffing box cavity exists for internal mounting of the seal. Pressure acting in the opposite direction is taken care of by inherent balanced design of this particular version.
